Responsibilities: Prepare, store, and Maintain food products safely. Assist in food preparation, service and catering for the various food outlets within the restaurant Maintain a clean & safe working environment. Communicate efficiently and clearly with all team members in a harmonious way. Ensure that all standard recipes are followed. Monitor food quality and control Ensure all Food Safety and Hygiene Standards are adhered to at all times. Adhere to the restaurant Policies and Procedures. Collaborate with wait staff to ensure timely service. Qualifications: Must demonstrate Wok experience in an a la carte environment Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Understanding of food safety standards Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday
