As they continue to grow nationally and internationally, they’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across multiple channels and markets. As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the brand and play a key role in shaping the future of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the strategic direction of the portfolio Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital, experiential) Lead innovation and NPD from concept through to launch and execution Partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies Collaborate with agencies, production, and design partners to deliver world-class brand assets Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign ROI Conduct brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning Build strong internal relationships across sales, supply, operations, and the leadership team Contribute to a high-performing, entrepreneurial culture What You Bring: Proven success in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role - preferably within FMCG, beverages or alcohol Experience leading 360-degree brand campaigns from concept to execution Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives Experience in NPD and innovation management Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills A creative thinker who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field Passion for brand building and a genuine interest in the drinks industry This is more than just a marketing role - it’s a chance to take the reins on a portfolio of standout brands in a business that values creativity, independence, and impact.
