Responsibilities Implement a strong clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results. Develop relationships and initiate boutique activities to enhance the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and events. Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, leading by example in building relationships with clients and prospects. Manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group compliance policies. Design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactive talent pipeline. Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance. What will make you successful 4 years of previous experience in retail management (high watchmaking knowledge is preferred or high-value luxury product). Track record of driving boutique performance from a qualitative, quantitative and operations perspective. Strong understanding of customer service needs, clienteling, and hospitality mindset. Self-starter with a team-player approach; excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends. Knowledge of the local market. Excellent computer skills.
