Position Title: Marketing Specialist Job Type: Full-Time Address: Hope Valley WA 6165 Salary: $80,000 Superannuation Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote IWS’s services and sustainability mission. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to formulate, develop and produce products attractive to the local market. Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Plan, create, and execute content across digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print media. Manage the company’s online presence and reputation, including SEO, SEM, and analytics tracking. Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Maintain and manage company branding, including visual identity, tone of voice, and marketing materials. Liaise with external vendors, graphic designers, and media agencies to deliver campaign assets and communications. Skills & Experience Required: A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 2-3 years’ proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an industrial or service-based environment. Strong digital marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, and website CMS. Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
