Position Overview: As our Marketing Specialist , you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, support business growth, and promote our environmentally responsible services. You will work closely with our management team to craft campaigns that reflect our mission and values. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Eco Resources' services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate content creation across digital platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and advertising. Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and analytics to optimise online presence and lead generation. Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to align marketing efforts with company objectives. Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports to assess ROI and recommend improvements. Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, signage, and presentations. Contribute to public relations and media communications when required. Requirements: A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 2-3 years' proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an industrial or service-based environment. Strong digital marketing skills, including content creation, social media management, and website CMS. Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
