As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join their collaborative team and play a key role in supporting legal and commercial operations across the group. About the Role Reporting to the Group Services function, this role will work closely with teams across Development, Construction, Finance, Sales and more. The Legal Counsel will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice and be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, deeds, consultant agreements, supplier agreements, and other legal documentation. Key Responsibilities Review and advise on legal agreements, NDAs, consultant and supplier contracts Draft standard legal documents and assist with corporate governance matters Maintain legal registers, legal templates, and company records Support the business with legal research and regulatory compliance updates Assist in managing legal workflows and external legal communications Provide input on intellectual property and risk matters Candidate Profile Admitted to practise law in NSW with 1–3 years post-admission experience Strong background in commercial, property, construction, or REIT law (in-house or private practice) Excellent contract review and drafting skills Strong attention to detail with commercial acumen Ability to communicate legal concepts in plain language A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset Why This Role?
