With a Head Office in Bibra Lake WA a position has become available for a Part-Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant (Temporary Maternity Leave Contract) to join our team, with hours being Monday - Friday 9.30am-2.30pm. Immediate start available About the role: · Answering of phones, directing calls to appropriate areas · Providing administrative and general support across the business · Greeting customers/visitors · Quoting, processing purchase orders and invoicing · Booking freight for order dispatch · Ordering and maintaining stationary/kitchen consumables · Maintaining tidy work area · Replenishment of kitchen/cleaning consumables · Monitor and replenish printer consumables · Post office runs · Filing, scanning and archiving · Entering purchasing invoices · Maintain current fire evacuation register · Maintain client register · Maintain car inspection register · Processing of payments from customers Skills and attributes: · Attention to detail is imperative · Positive and friendly attitude · Creative · Ability to work as part of a team and independently. · Good verbal and written communication skills · Positive attitude to learning new tasks · Energy and drive to meet expectations · Be presentable and punctual · Strong time management and organisational skills Desired but not essential (as full training will be provided): · MYOB experience · Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Publisher) If this role is what you're looking for, please send through a copy of your CV to us at underraps.com.au.
