You’ll work directly with clients and families, coordinating services that promote independence, inclusion, and choice — delivered at home and in the community. Duties: Coordinate supports and life transitions Support employment, community access, and independent travel Build daily living and life skills with clients Provide early intervention where needed Work within NDIS budgets and guidelines Develop strong relationships with local services and networks Ensure services align with client goals and needs Skills and Experience: Essential: Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education, or related field Experience supporting adults and/or children with disabilities Strong understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines Confident with budgets, reporting, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of NDIS processes and disability-related legislation Current Australian Driver’s Licence NSW Working with Children’s Check NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check Current First Aid Certificate Ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds Desirable: Previous experience providing disability services Experience leading or coordinating support services Familiarity with the Disability Inclusion Act and National Standards About Us: For over 65 years, Challenge Community Services has been empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
