This role will oversee governance frameworks, reporting standards, and financial and commercial oversight across multiple programs in Western Sydney and Canberra, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and delivery excellence. Your responsibilities:Lead the development and refinement of program governance frameworks, reporting schedules, and risk management practicesOversee financial planning, forecasting, and benefit realisation across the program lifecycleCoordinate executive dashboards and BI reporting to support strategic decision-makingBuild and lead a high-performing matrixed team of specialists across multiple disciplinesCollaborate with Finance, EPMO, and senior leadership to ensure alignment across investment, budgeting, and deliveryInfluence and engage stakeholders across executive and senior leadership levelsEnsure compliance with organisational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements What you'll need to succeedExtensive experience in program governance and enterprise reporting within complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong financial and commercial acumen, with a background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent experienceProven ability to lead enterprise-wide change, define future-state strategies, and manage matrixed teamsExpertise in MSP, Prince2, P3M, or similar frameworks, with flexibility to adapt to organisational methodologiesExceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skillsAustralian Citizenship and ability to meet compliance and security requirements
