The RoleYou'll be our central creative force, responsible for developing stunning real-time renderings, cinematic flythroughs, and VR experiences. As a Visualisation Modeller, you will:Develop photorealistic visualisations and VR experiences using tools like Twinmotion and 3ds Max.Collaborate closely with our Landscape Architects and Digital Design Leads to ensure our design intent and cultural narratives are communicated powerfully.Transform Revit and other 3D models into compelling storytelling outputs.Champion new technologies to continually elevate the standard of our visual communication.Manage and optimise visualisation workflows and digital assets. About YouYou have a proven track record with:Essential Skills: Proven proficiency with 3ds Max and/or Twinmotion, strong 3D modelling skills, and expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).Desired Skills: Knowledge of tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, or Unreal Engine, and a passion for using technology to make design engaging and inclusive.A Creative Mindset: You possess a high design sensitivity with a strong eye for composition, light, texture, and atmosphere, coupled with a creative and collaborative approach.
