As a Product Designer at Lumi, you’ll take ownership of features and mid-sized projects that shape Lumi Finance’s products. You’ll move fluidly from discovery to delivery, turning problems into thoughtful, user-centred solutions that deliver customer and business impact. Own the end-to-end design of features and mid-sized projects, from research and concept through to production-ready delivery. Contribute to key product metrics by designing holistic solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes. Use research, data, and insights to make designs defensible and impactful. Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, knowing when to involve others and how to integrate feedback. Clearly articulate design decisions and simplify complex ideas into clear, understandable concepts. Extend and maintain Lumi’s design system by producing scalable interaction and visual design patterns. Deliver consistently strong design work that pushes projects forward with minimal iteration. Approach problems with curiosity, challenging assumptions constructively while balancing constraints.
