Bis Industries is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician perform / assist with the preventative maintenance, repair and servicing of BIS / Customer owned mobile plant and longwall equipment while on customer sites or in the Bis workshop as required. Diagnosing and rectifying faults to ensure equipment reliability. Working both underground and on surface to maintain equipment. Completing all job-related documentation accurately and on time. Collaborating with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhering to safety procedures, mine site regulations, and company policies. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: Heavy Vehicle Trade Certification (Diesel Fitter/Mechanic) Demonstrated experience on underground mining equipment (mobile & longwall) Current RII DES certification and proven competency CP Status (Competent Person) Knowledge of mine safety regulations and site compliance The ability to work independently and within a team Willingness to travel and work in various field locations Ready to Apply?
