In this newly created role, you’ll combine relationship management and business development in a true B2B environment. From nurturing existing accounts and conducting site audits to quoting opportunities and securing new contracts, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing your area. The position offers a mix of office and on-road work (50/50 split), giving you the chance to build genuine client connections while making a measurable impact. What’s in it for You Competitive salary package with uncapped bonus incentives Car allowance laptop iPhone Central Yeerongpilly office with free onsite parking Supportive, success-driven team culture Career growth opportunity within a respected and expanding business Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen client relationships through excellent service and regular contact Manage a structured call cycle to achieve and exceed sales KPIs Identify, close, and onboard new business opportunities Conduct site inspections, audits, and prepare accurate quotes Liaise between clients and cleaning teams to ensure standards are met Represent client feedback to senior management to guide business direction Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports Assist with interviewing and onboarding new cleaning teams Skills & Experience Proven B2B sales/account management experience (cleaning industry experience an advantage but not essential) Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude Passion for people and delivering outstanding customer service Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage competing demands Professional, confident, and able to build instant rapport Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Results-driven and motivated to make a real impact Valid driver’s licence and good knowledge of the Brisbane area Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems Own clean reliable vehicle Please note: This role is not open to candidates on temporary visas or those requiring sponsorship.
