About the Role In this key position, you will take ownership of a diverse and unique portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and retail assets . Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of a premium portfolio with assets across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors Build strong, professional relationships with tenants and the property owner, ensuring superior levels of customer service and communication Oversee lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency across the portfolio About You Minimum 3–5 years' experience in commercial property management, with exposure to multiple asset classes High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in service delivery Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing premium or complex portfolios is highly desirable Current Real Estate License /Property Registration required Why Join Us?
