As Head of Communications , you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team. You'll own and drive all aspects of internal and external communications — from media relations and thought leadership to corporate messaging, digital content, and crisis communications. You'll play a critical role in enhancing our brand voice, promoting our expertise, and ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with the firm's strategic objectives. Lead media relations, public relations, and crisis communications efforts. Craft clear, compelling messaging for clients, investors, regulators, and the public. Oversee content strategy for digital, social, and print platforms. Support executive communications, including speeches, op-eds, and investor updates. Partner with marketing, investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure message alignment and regulatory clarity. Manage internal communications to foster culture, engagement, and alignment. Build and manage a high-performing communications team and external agency relationships. About You Experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, ideally within financial services, investment management, or a regulated industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong media network and proven track record in media relations. Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Experience in crisis and issues management is a strong advantage.
