We’re looking for an organised and creative Event & Communications Coordinator to join a small, dynamic team. What you’ll be doing: Support the planning and logistics of conferences, meetings, and events Manage speaker and program coordination, ensuring materials and communications are on track Liaise with sponsors to help deliver agreed outcomes and brand presence Assist with event promotion through EDMs, social media, and digital campaigns Learn and manage event/communications systems to support smooth delivery Provide occasional support for live-streamed webinars and digital content creation What we’re looking for : 3–4 years’ experience in events, communications, or marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience coordinating event logistics, speakers, and contractors Familiarity with tools like MailChimp, Canva, CMS platforms, or event management software Organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities A collaborative team player who’s comfortable learning new systems Why join us?
