While aviation experience is a plus, it’s not essential — if you’ve worked in a logistics or transport environment before and thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you. The Task Ahead Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: General administrative duties and preparing paperwork for customer requirements Distributing safety notices to pilots and tracking acknowledgements Managing office supplies including stationery, tea, coffee, etc. Driving into town to collect mail (a company vehicle will be provided) Keeping the office and hangar clean and organised Supporting the team with other ad hoc tasks as required Full on-the-job training will be provided, so you'll be set up for success from day one. About You You’re someone who takes pride in being the go-to person for keeping things on track. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and highly reliable, you’ll bring structure and support to the team. You’re equally comfortable managing admin tasks, interacting with staff and pilots, and rolling up your sleeves to help where needed. Key Requirements Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or aviation environment preferred Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Able to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations A full driver’s licence Comfortable with hands-on tasks and general upkeep of the workspace The Benefits Normal hours would be 7am – 3pm however, flexible for school hours welcome Supportive team environment Company vehicle provided for work-related errands On-the-job training Opportunity to work in a unique industry setting No two days are ever the same Please Note: This role is open to applicants currently residing in Western Australia with full Australian working rights.
