Facilitate capability and uplift and enhance employee engagement, and contribute to strategic business planning in the Project Delivery Management team. The development and engagement lead is responsible for continual improvement of the project toolkit, fostering stakeholder relationships and conducting the onboarding/offboarding procedures in Project Delivery Management. This vacancy may be available in either Alice Springs or Darwin subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
