Full-time Contract 37.5 hours per week $88,861 - $103,623 per annum Total Effective Package $110,597 - $127,354 About the role The Legal and Governance Administration Officer will provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, as well as to the in-house legal team. This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of legal and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of our legal and governance department. To be considered for this position, you will require: Working towards tertiary qualifications in business, management, policy, administration, secretarial, legal administration, project or program management, or relevant experience Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level or accuracy and attention to detail, including the use of Microsoft suite and the ability to use video conference software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to deal with sensitive information and exercise a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to successfully communicate (written and oral) at a high level, form positive working relationships, adapt to audience, problem solving and proven ability to manage conflicts. Organisational awareness and understanding of the complexity of the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services sector.
