Job Description About the Role Permanent - Full Time Are you an experienced Case Worker, Social Worker, Youth Worker, Psychologist, Counsellor or Community Welfare Worker who is interested in passing on your knowledge to the next generation of workers? Join our dynamic Community Services academic team and play a key role in teaching the next generation of first-class community service workers! You'll be essential in delivering engaging, high-quality education to our Bachelor of Community Services students, helping them build and refine the skills they need to excel in their careers. Key Responsibilities include: Lecturing, teaching, assessing and marking Bachelor of Community Services students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and assessments. Teaching lecture and tutorial classes. Engage in teaching evaluations, maintaining professional development and pursuing new teaching methodologies and strategies. Provide timely, comprehensive marking and feedback to students on all unit learning outcomes. Identify and monitor students who are at risk of failing and organise necessary student support efforts for the students. Respond to student emails and queries at a timely manner. Maintain high professional and ethical conduct, including high standards of self- management, resilience and collaborative behaviours.
