We’re looking for a Project Manager, AI Delivery to drive the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI initiatives that support AFCA’s mission to deliver fair, ethical, and innovative outcomes for our members. Reporting into the Head of Data and Analytics, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape GenAI solutions, and work with internal and external partners to deliver sustainable, high-impact data and AI projects. From scoping use cases to managing risks and resources, you’ll be at the heart of AFCA’s AI transformation. If you bring hands-on GenAI experience (or the drive to upskill fast) alongside project management skills, you’ll thrive in this purpose-led, values-driven environment. You’ll also play a key role in embedding ethical AI practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across AFCA. In this role you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use case objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources Potential to oversee GenAI architecture (LLM selection, prompt engineering, RAG design) Ensure GenAI solutions meet performance, accuracy, and ethical standards Lead cross-functional AI delivery teams Identify and mitigate project risks Manage internal/external resources and budgets Maintain clear communication with stakeholders Support change management for new processes/technologies Gather and analyse business requirements for information management projects Act as liaison between business units, tech teams, and project teams Promote innovation, collaboration, and ethical AI practices Perform other duties as required
