As the Dispatch / Store person at Metal-Tech Industries', you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution activities. This full-time position is based in our Wacol, Queensland facility and involves managing the dispatch of goods, as well as general warehouse and store-keeping duties. What you'll be doing Coordinate with the factory team to ensure production schedules align with dispatch deadlines. Maintain stock accuracy and manage outgoing inventory. Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring proper storage and organisation Assist with the preparation and packaging of outgoing shipments Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations Support the wider logistics team as required What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar dispatch, store or warehouse role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on factory environment Self-motivated, reliable, and keen to continually improve systems What we offer At Metal-Tech Industries', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
