You'll lead a capable HR team, partner closely with operational leaders, and bring fresh thinking to People & Culture practices that can scale with the organisation. With operations spread across multiple sites, you'll balance a hybrid Brisbane-based rhythm (3 days in office, 2 days from home) with regular travel to engage with teams face-to-face. About the Role Lead and support the local People & Culture team to deliver against strategic and operational goals. Partner with leaders across the business to embed effective HR solutions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Take ownership of ER/IR case management including investigations, grievances, and performance management. Provide expert guidance on the interpretation of industrial instruments and employment legislation. Use data and metrics to identify workforce trends and drive continuous improvement. Champion cultural alignment, employee engagement, and leadership capability uplift across all levels. About You 8 years' HR generalist experience within blue-collar, industrial, or complex environments, including at least 2 years leading a team. Strong employee relations and industrial relations skills with the ability to resolve issues constructively. Confidence in coaching, supporting, and influencing leaders across all levels of the organisation. Strong commercial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
