The Role As a Production Supervisor at Fresh To Go Foods, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to crafting high-quality, ready-made wraps and sandwiches. This is a Full time position that offers a stable and friendly work environment. You will be joining a team that values precision, speed, and quality in food production. Our team is passionate about exceeding the standards of convenience food, ensuring every hand-made meal is created to perfection. The role is from Sunday to Thursday. Your start time will be 9am and your finish time will be from 5pm depending on workload. This role is full time working a minimum of 38 hours per week. You must have full working rights for this position. Key Responsibilities Run the production plan for the next day's production Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues where necessary Rostering of employees Ensure all customer deadlines and specifications are met at all times and notify of any exceptions Ensure specifications are up to date, accurate and only current documents are in circulation Ensure all products are being made according to their recipes/specifications Overlook the work on the production lines Ensure production is completed by the specified deadline each day, or inform warehouse of any delays Ensure that all production staff comply with the company hygiene standards and dress code Ensure that all OHS processes are adhered to Make sure the production area and office is returned to its 5 standard Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Proven ability to lead and coach team members The ability to provide clear orders and instructions to team members The ability to have initiative to seek out work with limited directions Knowledge of Human Resource policies and practices Strong attention to detail Knowledge of hygiene, and food safety procedures as well as HACCP principles and procedures Knowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement principles Proven time management skills Develop continuous improvement projects, and see them through to completion Please submit your application (cover letter and resume) via the apply now link below As part of our recruitment process, do you agree to undertake employment checks?
