What’s on Offer Competitive pay rates of $32.31–$37.16 per hour plus overtime penalties depending on shift Secure full-time, direct employment – no temp labour hire Day or afternoon shifts: 6:24am start or 3:24pm start (38 hrs per week, Monday–Friday) All training provided with ongoing support Work in a clean, well-organised factory with great team culture Long-term stability with a reputable national company The Role You’ll be working at your own bench using small hand tools and light press machines to assemble trade supply products. While tasks are repetitive in nature, there’s enough variation to keep the role interesting. Quality control is an important part of the job, and you’ll be expected to check your own work while contributing to the team’s output.
