Key Responsibilities Set the strategic direction for the Property Management Department. Lead, engage, and inspire your team, supporting their growth and development. Oversee the management of the department and portfolio. Maintain high standards in administration, dispute resolution, and customer service. Create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, compliance, and performance standards to grow the department. About You Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Strong property management experience (essential). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A passion for people, service, and results.
