What you will do · Prepare quantity take-offs, cost analyses, bills of quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and pre-tender estimates · Conduct cost reviews to ensure optimal project outcomes · Assess and compare contractor quotations against industry benchmarks · Complete detailed cost estimates based on measured scopes of work · Assist with variation assessments, progress claims, and financial reporting · Support tender development and manage associated documentation · Monitor project costs from feasibility through construction to finalisation · Interpret designs and quantify elements for new and remedial works What you will bring · A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or a related field · 3–5 years experience in cost management, estimating, or quantity surveying · Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology, and cost structures · Familiarity with remedial or rectification projects is an advantage · High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CostX (preferred) · Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity. · Strong time management, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges. · Professional demeanour and a commitment to delivering excellence.
