About the RoleWe’re now seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to shape and modernise our technology environment. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role combines hands-on technical delivery with strategic leadership, configuring servers, switches, storage, and cloud platforms, while also driving modernisation initiatives, managing vendors, and building resilience into our IT environment. ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, implementation, and management of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.Lead infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and optimisation programs.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs across infrastructure services.Ensure capacity planning, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.Monitor and report on system performance, uptime, and risks.Develop and maintain infrastructure-related policies and ensure compliance.Lead, mentor, and build capability within the infrastructure team. Qualifications5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or operations management Required SkillsStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, VMware, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Solid background across servers, networks, storage, and virtualisationProven experience managing vendors, contracts, and SLAsFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and disaster recovery planningLeadership qualities, with the ability to guide a small team and collaborate with senior stakeholders This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys being on the tools while also setting direction, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable platforms that enable ParagonCare’s growth and digital transformation.
