Based in Sydney, Atlantic Commercial Interiors is a licensed building contractor with experience across commercial, residential, government, healthcare & industrial sectors. We are dedicated to delivering quality construction, technical and management services to our clients. We are currently looking for a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team. Tasks and Responsibilities: Preparation, including drafting and reviewing of various types of legal documents such as contracts Prepare tender documentation for company procurement Revisions and negotiations on contracts prepared by the firm Maintenance and management of legal documents (e.g. contracts) assigned as an administrator Communicate with lawyers and clients (e.g. responding and resolving issues), resulting in smooth business transaction and experience Working with lawyers and other professionals to understand and protect the interests of persons and businesses and meet objectives Reporting of any variations of legal documents (e.g. contracts) to lawyers and implementation of their proposed amendments Collection and analysis of client information or data prior to the preparation of legal documents Acted as the first point of contract for external parties to address enquiries and create resolutions to issues arising from the contracts Conducted research for contracts and other legal documents assigned Perform other tasks to support the legal documentation Work Experience and Skills: Relevant industry qualification Minimum 3 years' experience Proficiency in using project management and contract management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
