We’re on the lookout for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use housing projects. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and site teams to ensure contracts, documentation, and compliance processes are watertight from tender through to handover. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Maintain project documentation, registers, and compliance records Support claims, variations, EOTs, and subcontractor payments Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams Help drive quality, budget, and timeline outcomes across multiple live projects What You’ll Bring Experience in a similar CA role within construction (residential or community housing preferred) Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and compliance standards Excellent document control, attention to detail, and time management Why Harnest?
