Key Responsibilities Formwork: Build and strip formwork to specification for civil structures. Steelfixing: Read drawings, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel accurately. Concreting: Pour, screed, and finish concrete to required standards. Operate safely with tools and equipment in line with site procedures. Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and project milestones. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in formwork, steelfixing, or concreting on civil projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong understanding of safety requirements and civil construction methods. Current White Card (mandatory).
