You’ll be the dedicated Partner Manager for a single, high-profile partner—owning the relationship, contract management, and performance outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll get your hands dirty across everything from product updates and contract changes to resolving complaints and leading key partner meetings. Every 4–5 weeks you’ll deliver new projects, keeping the role fast-paced, varied and commercially rewarding. You’ll also work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, compliance and claims—navigating a high volume of stakeholders while maintaining focus on outcomes. This isn’t about chasing new partners, it’s about strengthening and growing an existing relationship with national recognition. What you’ll do Manage a high-profile national partnership end-to-end contract, governance and performance. Lead partner meetings (WIPs, monthly reviews, steering committees) and deliver projects every 4–5 weeks. Oversee sales performance, service levels, reporting, incidents and complaints through to resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial and compliance outcomes. What you’ll need 3 years in partnerships or account management (insurance or financial services ideal). Strong knowledge of general insurance (motor, home preferred). Hands-on, accountable style with excellent relationship skills. Experience managing complex stakeholders and regulatory frameworks.
