Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Channel/Partner Manager to join our team and oversee the management and development of our partner relationships within QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with IT channel partners, resellers, and vendors to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Job Requirements - Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and onboard new IT channel partners in the territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, resellers, and vendors to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to align partner strategies with business goals and objectives. - Provide training and support to partners on our products, services, and solutions to ensure their success in promoting and selling to the Federal government. - Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track and measure performance, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans for growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. - Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
