About the Role: This Sales Development Representative role is part of a structured sales development program designed to take you a to high-performing BDM/ Account Manager. You'll be supported through in-depth training and mentorship to: Develop sales confidence through warm and cold outreach (30–40 calls per day) Learn how to identify opportunities and build customer relationships Create and grow a client portfolio, which you will eventually own and manage Attend trade shows, expos and customer site visits across NSW and interstate Over time, you’ll be promoted into a BDM or Account Manager position with full ownership of your clients and commissionable portfolio. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Marketing or related field 6-24 months of phone-based or B2B sales experience is highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, motivated and curious attitude Not afraid of the phone or rejection — you enjoy the challenge!
