They partner with leading organisations to deliver projects in housing & renewable energy. We are looking for an Investment Manager to join the growing team. This role is pivotal in bridging investment and development delivery, ensuring social infrastructure investments are executed to the highest standards while achieving positive outcomes. Responsibilities Provide delivery feasibility input during investment due diligence. Oversee the delivery of projects post-financial close, ensuring budgets, timelines, and obligations are met. Lead stakeholder engagement with builders, developers, consultants, and housing partners. Identify and resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively. Report project performance and risks to internal teams and partners. Ensure assets are fully set up and transitioned into long-term management. Qualifications Proven experience ideally in large-scale social infrastructure (affordable housing, SDA, social or transitional housing). Finance or funds management experience in property or infrastructure, with a clear understanding of institutional standards. Strong project execution and stakeholder leadership skills, bridging investment and operations. A detail-oriented, resilient operator with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
