As an Associate Director, and Senior People & Culture Partner you will leverage your expertise in people, culture, engagement, talent, diversity and inclusion, reward and employee relations to support and coach business leaders on people matters across the employee life cycle. Partnering with our award-winning Personal Banking and Banking Product & Treasury teams, you’ll identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities, including alignment of performance, capability, talent and reward, through to business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives; input into Group-wide programs; as well as market-leading innovation, in collaboration with the broader People & Culture team. You will play a key role in our technology transformation agenda, supporting our aspiration to be the 1 Digital Bank in Australia. What You Offer A strong background as a People and Culture professional working within an environment experiencing digital, technological or market disruption and growth. Experience in Financial Services and/or Retail Banking is highly desirable A proven record of delivery, collaboration and influence within a fast-paced, high-performing, matrixed organisation A data led approach with the ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making A technology-driven mindset, leveraging tools including AI to drive HR transformation and deliver innovative and forward-thinking HR Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels Financial Management, People and Engagement Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie’s businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management.
