Influence policy makers by amplifying the voices of community managed and small providers. Promote the value and importance of community managed and small providers of early education. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Professional Learning Manager to lead and grow CELA’s renowned Learning and Development program. This is a strategic leadership role that will ensure our professional learning offering delivers measurable value, strengthens workforce capability, and maintains CELA's position as the trusted go to for practical professional development for the sector. You will drive outcomes by embedding systems, monitoring impact, and fostering innovation that directly supports our members and the sector. Key Responsibilities Integrate member-focused professional learning to support professional capacity. Translate sector intelligence and member feedback into high-impact learning initiatives. Deliver programs that strengthen leadership, governance, compliance, and service quality. Expand consultancy and L&D offerings to diversify income streams. Embed systems and metrics that improve agility, responsiveness, and decision-making.
