The Head of E-Commerce is responsible for leading Archies-Commerce global online retail operations. This role manages a large-scale, multi-region E-Commerce portfolio, overseeing channel performance, budgets, and profitability. It requires strong data-driven decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and sharp commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned operator with deep DTC retail experience, capable of scaling a high-performing function rather than rebuilding it . They will manage three senior specialists (Performance, CRM, Digital & CRO) while reporting into the CMO. What Youll Do Lead a large, global E-Commerce portfolio across 8 regions. Own budgets, forecasting and P&L accountability for the department. Drive decision-making through data , with a razor-sharp eye for insights, performance levers and ROI. Manage and mentor three direct reports : Performance Manager – leading paid media, acquisition, performance creative and analytics. CRM Manager – owns email, SMS and retention marketing. Digital & CRO Manager – responsible for website performance, customer journey and conversion rate optimisation. Build and grow a wider team around these functions, ensuring collaboration and alignment across channels. Partner with the CMO and wider leadership team to align channel performance with brand and business goals. Ensure flawless execution across platforms, markets, and campaigns , keeping Archies at the forefront of global DTC retail. About You Proven E-Commerce retail leader : Youve managed large-scale online businesses and know what world-class looks like. Data-driven to your core : You thrive on numbers, budgets and performance metrics. Strong people manager : Youve directly led senior specialists before and know how to get the best out of Performance, CRM, and CRO functions. Commercially sharp : You understand how to balance growth, profitability and operational excellence. Experience built from time on the tools : You highly familiar and experienced with Shopify and know your way around Meta & Google ads manager and other third-party analytics platforms.
