Overview FAIR Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Principal Consultant specialising in the Supply Chain module. This is a senior individual contributor role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and can deliver scalable, best-practice solutions across diverse supply chain projects in Australia. About the role: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across SD, MM, WM, and TM modules Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment Engage in all project phases: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, deployment, and hypercare Provide thought leadership and advisory-level input for complex logistics and supply chain challenges Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integrations, custom enhancements, and data migration Act as a key point of contact for client discussions, ensuring solution quality and customer satisfaction Stay updated with SAP best practices, innovations, and industry trends relevant to Supply Chain and S/4HANA Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support capability uplift within the team (when required) About you: 10 years of experience in SAP logistics modules – specifically SD, MM, WM, and TM Hands-on experience in at least 2 S/4HANA projects (greenfield or transformation) Strong configuration knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and transportation processes Solid understanding of integration points between logistics and finance, manufacturing, or planning modules Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, managing priorities and client expectations Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in SAP Fiori apps related to logistics Familiarity with presales, proposal creation, or scoping (advantageous but not required) Desired Skills: SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in Supply Chain or Logistics modules Exposure to SAP TM Advanced Planning, Warehouse Automation, or Third-Party Integrations What’s in it for you?
