Lead a Mission with Global Impact | Sunshine Coast, Queensland About Destiny Rescue Destiny Rescue is a global Christian not-for-profit organisation that has restored hope to thousands of children affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking through rescue operations and reintegration programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Our Australian office plays a vital role in supporting these international efforts through fundraising, advocacy, and donor engagement, enabling transformational change for vulnerable children around the world. The Role We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead Destiny Rescue Australia, embedding our mission and values throughout culture, operations, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead and inspire a passionate national fundraising team, guide the Executive Team, staff, and volunteers, and strengthen strategic partnerships while serving as a key link to Destiny Rescue International. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership aligned with the global mission Model integrity, humility, and servant leadership in all interactions Foster a values-driven culture throughout the organisation Empower and inspire teams, driving collaboration, innovation, and accountability Lead sustainable fundraising and donor engagement initiatives Identify and structure growth levers, optimising results with data-driven insights Develop leadership and staff capabilities Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices Represent Destiny Rescue nationally and internationally at events and advocacy platforms Oversee financial and operational sustainability Partner with the Board on governance, strategy, and organisational growth Who We Are Looking For You lead with integrity and live out an authentic Christian faith aligned with Destiny Rescue’s values.
