Job Description We are now looking for a Business Development Manager that will be responsible for growing our wholesale offer. Known as "Agent Hub" you will be responsible for driving sales, growing active users on Agent Hub, and representing LE Wholesale at industry events with trade partners and agents. Consistently educating our wholesale network on Luxury Escapes propositions, incentives, and feature developments, you will aid in developing Luxury Escapes’ strong and trusted brand to the travel trade. You will be responsible for: Achieving monthly sales targets for Agent Hub through engagement of travel trade network, including onboarding new agents and working with existing agents. Grow number of active agents on Agent Hub, using Luxury Escapes as their supplier of choice Increase number of agencies subscribed to Lux for agents. Achieve the required contacts/updates per quarter through regular agent interactions in store, at events and virtually. Increase sales of LE Groups through agents selling private group departures. Work with commercial GM’s, giving feedback on what products would increase AH sales and engagement. Work with agencies and affiliates to create strategic goals to increase agency sales. Attendance and representation at Agency Sales conferences, industry events as needed.
