About the role We are hiring two Future Networks Senior Performance Specialists to join Essential Energy’s Future Networks Program. These roles are key to driving transformational change and innovation across the organisation. You will support strategic objectives by leading performance measurement, onboarding new asset capabilities, and enhancing operational efficiencies. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help embed new technologies and systems, enable process improvements, and deliver impactful business outcomes. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint . About You You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable value. Your ability to analyse data, identify gaps, and propose future-focused solutions positions you as a leader in enabling energy transformation. About your skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset Proven project management skills to deliver initiatives on time and within budget Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and negotiate outcomes Skilled in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement Proficient in documenting business processes using tools like process maps and diagrams Adept in policy and process development to drive continuous improvement Competent in business systems and computer operations relevant to the role Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent demonstrated capability through experience and/or relevant qualifications Desired experience Extensive experience in a similar role within a large organisation Proven track record in business/process analysis and improvement initiatives Experience in procurement improvement and risk management Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Electrical Engineering certification Project, Process Improvement and/or Change Management certification Why Essential Energy Essential Energy provides employees with a broad range of employee benefits through our corporate partnerships with organisations such as Qantas, Optus, nib and Mildura Health Fund.
