We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead, organise, and deliver a suite of projects or a major program within our business. This is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing multiple project streams, managing Project Managers, and building strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders. This role is particularly suited to someone with a strong background in investments program delivery , including experience leading strategic initiatives across asset management, investment operations, and regulatory change. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the investment domain and how to navigate complex stakeholder environments to deliver outcomes that align with both member and business priorities. Day to day, you'll: Define and plan programs/projects, ensuring robust initiation and delivery methodologies. Oversee program delivery at a macro level, including risk, quality, change, and benefits management. Build and manage effective relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders, including those in Investments, Finance, and Risk. Lead procurement and vendor management activities, ensuring robust risk management. Establish and manage governance for multi-project or program delivery. Oversee budgeting, resourcing, and program management activities. Lead and mentor project management teams to build capability and deliver outcomes. Ensure high-quality communication and reporting to Project Boards and the Executive Group. Deliver within the Australian Retirement Trust Enterprise Delivery Framework and align with corporate strategy. This role is a permanent opportunity. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Extensive experience in delivering projects/programs of significant scale, complexity and organisational change, ideally within the investments or financial services domain . Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering investment-related programs, including regulatory reform, operational transformation, and strategic investment capability uplift. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Highly developed influencing and negotiation capabilities.
