We are looking for a Sales Executive to start as soon as possible. You'd be working for a leading Systems Integrator who are part of a global company, but operate independently with a family type of culture. They have staff that have been with them for 20 years and pride themselves on being the small player who regular win against the bigger integrators. Account Executive - Sydney We are looking for an account executive to join their team, you'll be provided with a set of active accounts, but must build your own pipeline of opportunities to win new customers. We are looking for seasoned enterprise infrastructure sales reps who have been in the industry selling infrastructure solutions as well as recurring services. Our clients expertise and niche in the market is enterprise infrastructure solutions and services with a strong focus on annuity services. Compensation On offer is very competitive base (room to negotiate) super and comms on a reasonable quota target. It's an uncapped OTE structure, and they pay commissions from dollar one - so no minimums required before earnings! Their current team is overachieving and when they do, they don't stop comms, and they also offer bonuses for over achievement on your quota number. They don't make it difficult to get paid so you'll get every cent you earn and a clear commission plan when you start.
