About The Role Our Darwin office is currently seeking to appoint a Principal Engineer - Civil with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to lead and mentor both local and nationally. This is a pivotal role with the Darwin Civil team to support the successful delivery of complex high-risk projects, provide technical expertise, develop and mentor a team. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringChartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers AustraliaIdeally 15 years demonstrated experience in civil engineeringDemonstrated experience at a senior level with strong negotiation and leadership skillsStrong understanding of civil construction industryAn innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designsAbility to critically assess, interpret and communicate information of a complex natureAbility to develop and mentor staff What's in it for you?
