Job Description: We are seeking skilled professionals for the following roles to join our team in delivering exceptional residential and commercial construction projects: Bricklayer, Stonemason, Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, and Carpenter and Site Foreman. Each role contributes to our commitment to quality craftsmanship and project excellence. Bricklayer Key Responsibilities: Review construction plans and specifications to identify required materials, dimensions, and installation methods. Build and dismantle restricted height scaffolding to ensure safe access to work areas. Lay bricks in precise rows and patterns, applying mortar to create a stable base and bind blocks, while ensuring proper alignment. Stonemason Key Responsibilities: Examine construction plans to determine stone material requirements, dimensions, and installation procedures. Cut, shape, and polish stones using hand tools and machines to fit specific designs and irregular spaces. Construct and repair stone structures, such as walls and benchtops, using mortar to ensure durability and aesthetic quality. Contracts Administrator / Project Manager Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage contracts for subcontractors and suppliers Assist with tender submissions, quoting, and cost breakdowns Track budgets, monitor variations, and prepare cost reports Procure materials and coordinate trades to meet project timelines Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage any changes or disputes Oversee invoicing and progress claims Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation Support the delivery of projects from initiation through to handover Drywall Installer / Carpenter / Site Foreman Key Responsibilities Carry out carpentry work including framing, fix outs, cladding, and finishing Supervise on-site tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers Coordinate daily site activities and manage workflows Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with WHS standards Organise materials, deliveries, and equipment for site use Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations Conduct quality control checks and address any issues promptly Keep the site clean, organised, and productive Skills & Qualifications: Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or part-time equivalent Must have at least Certificate III or equivalent Must have exceptional time management skills Ability to work with a team TTATCON PTY LTD is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
