We are now looking for a Senior Strata Manager to join our growing team in Burswood, who can take the lead on a complex, well-structured portfolio of 1,000 lots. About the role You will take ownership of a diverse, high-value portfolio, including residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes with a range of technical and legislative complexities. You will be supported by a collaborative internal team, streamlined systems, and Directors who understand the demands of strata management first-hand. This is a role suited to a seasoned strata professional who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys solving problems, managing relationships, and keeping complex schemes running efficiently. What you will bring Experience in WA strata management (essential), preferably a minimum of 3yrs experience.
