What You’ll Do Drive business development to establish ETA’s healthcare client base . Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement. Develop new clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service. Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
