The key duties of the position include DUTIES INCLUDE: • Program Development and Delivery - you will work within a high performing team to identify learning needs across the organisation and develop appropriate learning solutions to address them. You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions, including conducting needs analyses; procurement and contracting activities; securing of appropriate resources, venues and technology requirements; managing marketing, registrations and logistics; presenting and facilitating webinars, as well as conducting program evaluation processes. • Business Partnering - you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to co-design, develop and deliver capability solutions for strategic and business challenges. • Generating Insights and Analysis - you will use data driven insights from various sources to provide insights to program stakeholders and produce accurate and meaningful reports. • Research - you will conduct relevant research and use it to inform your approach, ensuring our solutions reflect current best practice. • Collaboration - you will work collaboratively with the Capability Development Team to share knowledge and support continual process improvement. • Evaluation - you will analyse evaluation data to identify recommendations for program improvements. Engage with subject matter experts and prompt the right questions to gauge feedback.
