Due to continual growth, Punchlines Excavations are seeking to recruit a capable Civil Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our team in development projects throughout Sydney. Key Responsibilities - (including but not limited to) Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks and stakeholder management. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide advisory support to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to optimise project outcomes. Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in the Civil Hydraulic Construction sector is advantageous but not essential. We have an array of different sized and diverse projects depending on your capabilities & experience. Based In Sydney you will be working closely with our site teams and will help to resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions.
